Terms & Conditions: Blister Summit 2027

By registering for the Blister Summit (the "Event"), hosted by EFJ Creative Co LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, d/b/a Blister ("Blister," "we," "us"), you agree to the following terms.

These terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, the separate Release and Waiver of Liability and Photo and Media Release you will be asked to sign separately in connection with the Event.

1. Registration & Payment

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment through our registration platform. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

[Note whether registration fees are refundable, non-refundable, or partially refundable pending Section 2 below — this should match your registration platform's own settings so the two don't contradict each other.]

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • On or before February 5, 2027: Full refund, minus a small non-refundable processing fee.

  • February 6 – March 7, 2027: 50% refund, or, at your election, 100% credit toward Blister Summit 2028.

  • March 8, 2027 through the Event: No cash refunds. You may transfer your ticket to another person at no charge, or receive credit toward Blister Summit 2028, instead.

  • Natural snow and weather variability at Snowbird is not grounds for a refund, transfer, or credit under this policy — only an actual cancellation of the Event by Blister triggers the terms below.

  • If Blister cancels the Event, registrants will receive a full refund. Blister is not responsible for any other costs registrants incur in connection with the Event, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or equipment costs, whether or not the Event is cancelled, postponed, or modified.

  • Ticket transfers and credit requests must be sent to kristin.sinnott@blisterreview.com.

3. Code of Conduct

Blister Summit is intended to be a safe, welcoming, and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of Event participants, staff, vendors, or partners in any form.

Attendees are expected to follow the instructions of Blister staff and representatives, as well as the rules, policies, and posted signage of Snowbird Resort, at all times during the Event.

Blister reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event, without refund, for conduct that Blister determines, in its sole discretion, to be unsafe, disruptive, harassing, or otherwise inconsistent with this Code of Conduct.

4. Photo & Media Release

Attendance at Blister Summit may involve photography, video, and audio recording by Blister and its representatives for use in advertising, marketing, and promotional materials, as described in the separate Photo and Media Release. If you have concerns about being recorded, please contact us in advance at kristin.sinnott@blisterreview.com.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in Blister Summit activities involves inherent risks, as described in the separate Release and Waiver of Liability you will be asked to sign upon registration or check-in. Please review that document carefully; these Terms & Conditions do not modify or limit its terms.

6. How We Use Your Information

When you register, we collect information such as your name, email address, and payment details; Blister does not store your full payment card information. We use this information to:

  • Process your registration and communicate with you about the Event;

  • Send you Event-related updates and, if you opt in, future marketing communications from Blister; and

  • Improve future events.

We do not sell your personal information. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

7. Event Changes

Blister reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, speakers, activities, or venue details at any time, with or without notice.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms & Conditions must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

9. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Release and Waiver of Liability and the Photo and Media Release, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blister regarding the Event.

Questions about these terms can be directed to kristin.sinnott@blisterreview.com.
